If you are unhappy with the product for reasons like:

-you've changed your mind about buying the product, and you have not use it.
-item is different than described.
-item is faulty etc.
please contact us within 14 days to arrange a return.
If we will not be able to exchange for new product we will refund your money, as soon as it's possible.

As shipping costs are not retrievable, we are sorry but we're unable to refund shipping costs, and hope that you understand it.
